Florham Park Budget in the Works

A resolution authorizing a temporary municipal budget was unanimously approved by the Borough Council at the governing body's most recent meeting while a formal 2013 spending plan is prepared for introduction.

Borough Administrator William Huyler said the budget is expected to be introduced at an upcoming meeting.

Officials have said during public meetings they expect the borough will need to raise taxes, but additional information about how the budget is shaping up and what it might mean for taxpayers was not available Monday.
