Florham Park Man Sentenced In Sexual Assault Case
Convicted sexual offender will serve seven years in a New Jersey State Prison.

A 52-year-old Florham Park man who pled guilty to the charge of Sexual Assault of a minor between the ages of 16 and 18 was sentenced to a 7-year sentence, to be carried out in a New Jersey State Prison.
Morris County Prosecutor Fredric M. Knapp and Chief Robert Treiber of the Florham Park Police Department announced that Mark J. Iantosca, a former Florham Park Zoning Board of Adjustment member, was sentenced this morning. According to the Prosecutor's office, Iantosca pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting a male at his home between June 15, 2008 and June 14, 2010, when the victim was between the ages of 16 and 18. The assault happened on multiple occasions, according to reports.
The defendant admitted in court that he performed numerous acts of penetration with the victim, performing oral sex on the minor as well as directing the victim to perform acts of fellatio on him. The victim reported Iantosca to law enforcement agents and an investigation began in February of this year. The 52-year-old pleaded guilty before Superior Court Judge Catherine Enright in Morristown in May of this year.

Iantosca will register as a sex offender under Megan's Law.
