Newly elected East Hanover representatives Deborah Politi Davis and Michael Lomio, Florham Park representatives Ernest Eveland and Johnstone, and Hanover representatives Freda and Peterson took the oath of office, which was administered by business administrator and board secretary William Albert.
Grossi said in the meeting that Dr. Rosalie Lamonte is the new superintendent for Morris County. Officials said a computer lab at Whippany Park High School that was damaged by flooding after Superstorm Sandy damaged the roof is expected to be up and running by the end of the week, and repairs to the gym, theater and 100 wing are expected to be completed in another couple of weeks. The cost of repairing the roof came to approximately $194,000 and is covered by the district's insurance, officials said.
