Jandoli Re-Elected to East Hanover Council

Council president wins another three-year term.

East Hanover Township Council President Carolyn Jandoli, a Democrat, was re-elected to the governing body, beating Republican challenger Mario Accumanno, preliminary results showed.

Jandoli received votes 2,741 compared to Accumanno's 2,231 votes, according to unofficial results.

Jandoli has said she is proud of her efforts to maintain a balance of ideas, work with everyone regardless of political party and achieve results that benefit the entire community.
