Fishman said Oshrin admitted to recording nine young girls with hidden cameras in his home, in a bedroom and bathroom, between 2007 and April 2012. Oshrin then edited the photos and videos and distributed them over the Internet, Fishman said. Additionally, Fishman said Oshrin had sexual contact with minors.

Special agents of the FBI Newark Division Cyber Crime Task Force and Mount Olive Police Department assisted with the investigation, as well as the Morris County Prosecutor's Office.
