Morris Co. Man Ran Major Oxycodone Conspiracy, U.S. Attorney Says

Michael Kiszka, 60, of East Hanover, alongside his partner from Ocean County, was charged for their involvement in a multi-level drug scheme

MORRIS COUNTY, NJ — A Morris County man has been charged for his involvement in a multi-level drug scheme, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

Michael Kiszka, 60, of East Hanover, was charged alongside his partner, Gregory Kubina, 50, of Ocean County, for running a major oxycodone conspiracy, officials said.

According to court documents, the duo conspired to obtain tens of thousands of “high-dosage oxycodone pills” from doctors across the state and sell them to “street-level drug users,” authorities said.

Officials added that Kiszka would obtain the oxycodone from doctors and would buy more pills from Kubina, who was being supplied the drugs by other doctors.

According to authorities, the pair was responsible for selling more than 10,000 pills to oxycodone users since April 2024. Both Kiszka and Kubina were charged with conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute oxycodone.

The duo first appeared in court on Sept. 11 and were released on a $100,000 unsecured bond to await further proceedings. If convicted, each of them faces up to 20 years in prison and up to $1 million in fines.
