If it passes, the referendum will give $17.5 million to replace and expand the tracks, install synthetic turf, multi-sports stadiums at both high schools, work at the tennis courts, baseball and softball fields and improvements to the Whippany Park parking areas. A breakdown of the costs is outlined in a PDF on the district website.
