Students Head Back to School This Week

Classes start Thursday for all students in Hanover Park, East Hanover and Florham Park school districts. Patch will have updates and photos this week as students begin the new school year.

East Hanover Schools Buy New Tech.

Students in the East Hanover Township School District return to school this year with new technology, such as a new audio visual system in the middle school auditorium, and 90 new iPads for all three schools. We'll go into specifics about more of the new additions this week.

Popular Italian hot dog restaurant Jimmy Buff's is celebrating its 80th year anniversary. We'll talk about some of the specials that the restaurant is doing to honor its 80 years, and speak with the owners of the East Hanover location.

Stroller Strides Opens in Florham Park

Stoller Strides, the nation's largest fitness program for new moms, is opening on Sept. 12 in Florham Park and Livingston. The program is celebrating with a grand opening event, including a free class at the Livingston Mall. We talk to the owner of the Morris County locations about the popular 60-minute workout class that moms all over the country have been enjoying.

5K on Thursday to Benefit Morris Habitat for Humanity

On Thursday, the 5th annual Share the Care 5K Fun Run will take place in Morris Plains starting at the Trinity Lutheran Church. With a 6:30 p.m. start time, the race will raise money for the affordable housing projects of Morris Habitat for Humanity.
