Scratched Off Handgun Found in Car in East Hanover, Report Says
Marijuana and an open container of alcohol were also found, according to police.

A Delaware man was charged with unlawful possession of a handgun when police said the car he was a passenger in Saturday on Route 10 was stopped by East Hanover police, according to NJ.com.
The man, Anthony Hart, 20, of Rehoboth Beach, Del., allegedly had with him a handgun with its serial number scratched off. The driver of the car, George Nomikos, 23, of Oxford, was also charged for offering alcohol to a minor after an open container of alcohol was found in his car, NJ.com reported. Marijuana and rolling papers were also allegedly found in the car.
Hart's bail was set at $25,000 while Nomikos' bail was set at $2,500, according to NJ.com.
