A Delaware man was <a href="http://www.nj.com/morris/index.ssf/2013/06/handgun_pot_found_in_car_east_hanover_cops_say.html#incart_river" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">charged with unlawful possession of a handgun</a> when police said the car he was a passenger in Saturday on Route 10 was stopped by East Hanover police, according to NJ.com. The man, Anthony Hart, 20, of Rehoboth Beach, Del., allegedly had with him a handgun with its serial number scratched off. The driver of the car, George Nomikos, 23, of Oxford, was also charged for offering alcohol to a minor after an open container of alcohol was found in his car, NJ.com reported. Marijuana and rolling papers were also allegedly found in the car. Hart's bail was set at $25,000 while Nomikos' bail was set at $2,500, according to NJ.com.
