Sridhar Iyer and Julie Snyder Elected

to Madison Area YMCA Board of Directors

Technology strategist Sridhar Iyer and pharmaceutical executive Julie Snyder, both of Madison, have been elected to the Madison Area YMCA Board of Directors.

YMCA member Sridhar Iyer is a global strategy and operations leader at Google in New York City. He is involved with the Madison Area YMCA through various children's activities, including summer camp, basketball, gymnastics, and more. He was also a youth volunteer at the Y while in high school.

Julie Snyder, an active member of the Y’s Mariners Parent Organization, has spent much of her career in the pharmaceutical industry, holding various roles in marketing, market research, forecasting, and data analytics. Her most recent position was vice president of forecasting and analytics at Karuna Therapeutics, a biopharmaceutical company that developed medicines for schizophrenia and Alzheimer's disease. The Snyder family is actively involved in YMCA aquatics, dance, basketball, and volleyball.
