St. Patrick School Readying for 2024-25 School Year
Catholic School Continues to Excel in Academics Compared to State & Diocesan Peers

St. Patrick School (SPS), a U.S. Department of Education National Blue Ribbon School and COGNIA STEM Certified School, today announced that it will begin its 2024-2025 school year on Wednesday, September 4, 2024. In addition, St. Patrick School is proud to boast that its students have once again scored well above state and Diocesan averages in Reading and Math on standardized tests.
“Children from Pre-K3 to Grade 8 receive a rigorous but balanced education at St. Patrick School and we are grateful to the entire Chatham and Morris County area community for supporting our efforts,” said Dr. Christine Ross, principal of St. Patrick School. “Our school continues to provide the best academic experience possible for all our students, who continue to excel year-after-year compared to their peers. Likewise, we see our students’ excellence and academic prowess in their acceptances to the area’s top parochial and private high schools.”
As the school year is set to begin soon, the school administration has chosen a theme to guide its faculty and families over the course of the year – Be Not Afraid… – which will be incorporated into all that it does, from its traditional Morning Prayer and class projects to community service activities and more. This theme is the guiding light by which the SPS school community fearlessly pursues education, fearlessly pursues faith, and fearlessly pursues its full potential in all that it does.

St. Patrick sets high academic standards to prepare students for careers of the future and the school supports students to meet those standards. SPS provides a safe and secure environment for students to cultivate their talents and where faith in action is observed daily.
