Thousands Raised For Florham Park Family After House Fire
The Iossa family is grateful that no one was home, but they are trying to rebuild their lives.

FLORHAM PARK, NJ — A Florham Park family is trying to rebuild their lives after a fire broke out at their Ridgedale Avenue home Tuesday and their possessions were destroyed.
Sal Iossa, his wife, and two daughters lived in the house. They were "devastated, as they realized that all their personal belongings, irreplaceable items, and many fond memories had all gone up in flames," said Jonathan Jorge, who started a GoFundMe campaign for the family. "The family feels grateful and blessed that no one was in the home at the time of the fire but are now faced trying to put the pieces back together, so they can rebuild their family life."
More than $15,000 has been donated to the family through the campaign that went live Wednesday. The goal is to raise $20,000.
