3 Adults, 4-Year-Old Injured In Multi-Vehicle Crash In West Windsor
The juvenile was taken and treated for a non-life-threatening head injury, police said.
WEST WINDSOR, NJ – Four people, including a four-year-old, were injured in a multi-vehicle crash in West Windsor on Friday afternoon, police said.
On Friday, at 12:02 p.m., West Windsor Police and EMS arrived at Quakerbridge Road westbound on reports of a serious crash involving four vehicles.
According to an initial investigation, a 2016 Chevrolet Suburban SUV driven by a 58-year-old Lawrenceville man was traveling west on Quakerbridge Road in the right lane, where it rear-ended a 2016 Chevrolet Malibu driven by a 33-year-old West Windsor woman. Two juvenile passengers were also in that car, police said. This collision caused the Chevrolet Malibu to strike the rear of a 2018 Infinity Q50, which was also traveling north in the right lane, and driven by a Trenton resident.

That impact caused the Infinity Q50 to make contact with the back of the 2020 Ram Promaster City, which was also traveling in the right lane. After hitting the 2020 Ram Promaster City, the Infinity Q50 left the roadway. The drivers of the Chevrolet Malibu, Infinity Q50, and Ram Promaster City were taken to Capital Health Regional Medical Center at Fuld for non-life-threatening injuries by multiple mutual aid EMS units.
A four-year-old juvenile was taken and treated for a non-life-threatening head injury. According to police, the driver of the Chevrolet Suburban SUV suffered a medical episode that ultimately led to the initial collision. He was also taken to Capital Health Regional Medical Center at Fuld, where he is listed in critical but stable condition.

The identity of the drivers is being withheld pending investigation.
