DUI With Minor In Vehicle, Obstructing: East Windsor Police Blotter

The following is a summary of incidents as reported by East Windsor Police:
EAST WINDSOR, NJ — On Sept. 7, an officer arrested an East Windsor resident for driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop. Additionally, there were two minor passengers in the vehicle. The 24-year-old man was processed and released in accordance with John’s Law.
On Sept. 8, an officer arrested a Monroe resident for providing false information during a traffic stop. The 38-year-old man also had an active traffic warrant out of Franklin. The man was issued a complaint summons pending court action and released on his own recognizance.

On Sept. 9, an officer arrested a Trenton resident for a Hamilton warrant following a motor vehicle stop. The 29-year-old was taken to police headquarters, processed, and turned over to the custody of the Hamilton Police.
On Sept. 9, an officer arrested a Pemberton resident on Route 130/Old Cranbury Road for a Bucks County warrant following a motor vehicle stop. The 55-year-old was taken to police headquarters, processed, and transported to Mercer County Corrections.
