Eluding, Warrant: East Windsor Police Blotter

The East Windsor Police dated July 3 had the following reports:

The following is a summary of incidents as reported by East Windsor Police:

EAST WINDSOR, NJ - On June 28, an officer conducted a traffic stop after observing multiple traffic violations. The driver was found to have a warrant out of Bradley Beach and was placed under arrest. The 28-year-old Mine Hill resident was processed and released after posting bail.

On March 27, an officer observed a BMW travelling at a high rate of speed on Route 33 West. The officer initiated a motor vehicle stop, but the driver accelerated and fled from the officer. The officer conducted a follow-up investigation and identified the driver. The 24-year-old Millstone resident turned himself in to the East Windsor Police on July 2. The driver was processed, charged accordingly, and transferred to Mercer County Corrections, where he is being detained pending a court hearing.
