EAST WINDSOR, NJ — On July 26, an officer conducted a traffic stop after observing a vehicle being operated erratically. The driver showed signs of impairment, and the officer found open beer bottles inside the vehicle. The driver, a 24-year-old East Windsor resident, was placed under arrest after failing field sobriety tests. He was taken to police headquarters, processed, but failed to comply with breath testing. He was later released pending court action.

On July 28, an officer stopped a vehicle after observing that the vehicle’s rear lights were not illuminated. Additionally, the license plate was not on file. The driver was found to have a suspended license and active warrants out of New Brunswick, East Brunswick, and Madison Joint Municipal Court. The driver was placed under arrest, taken to police headquarters, processed, and later turned over to the custody of the New Brunswick Police.

On July 28, an officer was checking a property when he observed a vehicle parked by the dumpster with a male asleep in the driver’s seat. A check of the vehicle’s registration showed the owner had an active traffic warrant out of Hamilton. The officer confirmed the occupant was the owner and placed him under arrest. The individual was taken to police headquarters, processed, and later turned over to the custody of the Hamilton Police.

On July 29, an officer conducted a traffic stop after observing the driver make an illegal U-Turn. The driver was found to have an active warrant out of Woodbridge and was placed under arrest. The driver was taken to police headquarters, processed, and later turned over to the custody of the Woodbridge Police.

The driver showed signs of impairment and was placed under arrest after failing field sobriety tests. The driver was taken to police headquarters, processed, and later released pending court action.
