4 Homes Damaged In West Windsor Fire: Police
Services are being provided to displaced families. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
WEST WINDSOR, NJ – Several people were displaced after a fire damaged homes in West Windsor on Monday afternoon, police said.
Around 12:35 p.m., the West Windsor Police Department's Communications Center received multiple reports of smoke and flames coming from 14 Lancaster Drive in the Windsor Ponds development.
On arrival, officers found that fire was visible at the rear of 14 Lancaster Drive. The blaze spread to neighboring homes at 12 and 11 Lancaster Drive, while 10 Lancaster Drive sustained heat and smoke damage, police said.

All residents were safely evacuated, and firefighters extinguished the flames in approximately 45 minutes.
Arson investigators Detective Sergeant W. Jones and Detective P. Buchanan joined West Windsor Fire Investigator J. Jamison and the Mercer County Prosecutor's Office Arson Unit to investigate the incident.

The affected homes sustained significant damage, but no injuries were reported, police said.
