Shoplifting, Reckless Driving: East Windsor Police Blotter

The East Windsor Police Blotter dated Nov. 2 had the following reports:

EAST WINDSOR, NJ - On Oct. 26, 10:30 p.m., an officer responded to Walmart for a report of a shoplifting incident. According to investigation, the 19-year-old Ewing resident left the store without paying for $304.27 worth of merchandise. The man was arrested and later released pending court action.

On Nov. 1, at 5:05 a.m. an officer conducted a motor vehicle stop on Devonshire Drive after observing the vehicle fail to maintain its travel lane. The driver, an East Windsor resident, showed signs of impairment and was placed under arrest after failing field sobriety tests. The 31-year-old was later released pending court action.
