Woman Allegedly Tries to Fraudulently Get Percocet from CVS

East Windsor police arrested a Plainsboro woman for reportedly trying to obtain Percocet with a forged prescription.

A Plainsboro woman was arrested by East Windsor police for allegedly trying to obtain a prescription from the CVS Pharmacy on Route 130 with a forged prescription.

According to East Windsor police, Letitia Simonson, 27, was attempting to fraudulently fill a prescription for Percocet tablets shortly after 6:30 p.m. on Monday, April 29.

Simonson was arrested and charged with attempt to fraudulently obtain a prescription legend drug. She was later released pending court action.
