Crash Closes Rt. 1 In Edison In Both Directions. See Where
The area between Old Post Road and Plainfield Avenue is closed.
EDISON, NJ - Route 1 North and South between Old Post Road and Plainfield Avenue are currently closed to an accident and downed power lines, Edison Police said.
According to the NJ Department of Transportation, there is a 15-20 minute delay on the route, as traffic is being detoured.
Edison Police is advising motorists to avoid the area until further notice.
