Edison Designates Developer For Inman Ave. Property. Here’s What’s Coming
Council appointed Fairway Country LLC., as the redeveloper of the site.
EDISON, NJ – Council recently adopted a resolution appointing a developer for Inman Golf Center.
During last week's meeting, Council appointed Fairway Country LLC., as the redeveloper of 1000 Inman Avenue.
The property is the site of the driving range and miniature golf course.

The developer plans to build two five-story residential buildings, according to the resolution. The property will also include a community center and support building.
However, the resolution does not indicate how many units will each building have.

According to the resolution, the Council determined that the redeveloper meets all criteria, including financial capabilities, experience, expertise and project concept descriptions to designate Fairway Country LLC., as the redeveloper of the site.
