Edison To Host Annual Community Fishing Derby At Lake Papaianni
The lake will be stocked with Brook and Rainbow Trout.
EDISON, NJ – Lake Papaianni will play host to the annual Fishing Derby on April 26.
The event is being hosted by Mayor Sam Joshi, the Edison Township Council, and Edison Recreation. The derby will be held 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
The lake will be stocked with Brook and Rainbow Trout, offering anglers of all ages a chance to enjoy a morning of fishing.

Registration is $10 per person, while seniors (65+) can participate for free.
“We look forward to bringing our friends and families together for another fun day at Lake Papaianni,” Joshi said. "Fishing is a great way to enjoy the outdoors and connect with nature.”
