Edison To Host Annual Veterans Day Ceremony On Monday
This day will honor men and women who have served and continue to serve the country.
EDISON, NJ — Edison Township will host its annual Veterans Day ceremony on Monday, Nov. 11.
This day will be dedicated to honoring and remembering the brave men and women who have served and continue to serve the country.
The day will begin with a Veterans Day ceremony at 8:30 a.m. at the NJ Veterans Memorial Home, 132 Evergreen Road.

Following the ceremony, there will be a street sign dedication ceremony in Council Chambers on the second floor of the Municipal Complex at 100 Municipal Blvd.
The event will showcase veterans in Edison and their families who have served and have been honored with a street sign in the Township.

At 11 a.m., a wreath-laying ceremony will take place at Veterans Memorial Park located at Stony Road and Route 27, Edison. This event will be the conclusion of the day.
"We are honored to host this special day to show our gratitude and appreciation for the brave men and women who have served our country,” Mayor Sam Joshi said. “It is important that we take this opportunity to remember their sacrifices and thank them for their service."
