EDISON, NJ - A crash on Route 1 in Edison has prompted traffic delays Saturday afternoon, authorities said.

As of 12:45 p.m., there’s a crash on Route 1 in both directions south of CR 531/Main Street in Edison, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation.

One left lane is currently closed, the agency said.
