Metuchen Offers Free Parking Until Friday Amid Storm Forecast
To help keep roads clear for snow removal equipment, Metuchen is offering free parking at a lot for residents without parking space.
METUCHEN, NJ - As the "major" nor'easter heads towards New Jersey, towns are preparing for the storm.
Metuchen has asked residents to remove their cars from the road, to ensure free movement of snow removal equipment.
The borough is allowing free parking in the Halsey Street Lot until Friday, for those who don't have parking space.

- Ask neighbor to use their driveway if they have room
A "major" nor'easter is expected to impact Edison on Wednesday, producing more plowable snow or heavy rain and packing 35 to 55-mph winds.
