Metuchen PorchFest Returns Sept. 20 With Free Music Festival Across Town

METUCHEN, NJ - Community members, mark your calendars. On Saturday, Sept. 20, 2025, when Metuchen PorchFest returns for another year of free, family-friendly entertainment. The rain date is set for Sunday, September 21.

The annual event transforms the borough into a sprawling music venue, with front porches and yards throughout Metuchen serving as intimate performance spaces for local musicians. Attendees can stroll from house to house, discovering diverse musical acts while experiencing the town's vibrant artistic community.

The festival offers something for every musical taste, featuring genres ranging from rock and folk to jazz and blues. The event serves as both entertainment and a celebration of local talent, providing a platform for the area's musicians while strengthening community bonds.
