EDISON, NJ - Crash debris on the New Jersey Turnpike in Edison has prompted commuting delays Wednesday morning, authorities said.

As of 6:19 a.m., there’s debris on the New Jersey Turnpike outer roadway northbound north of Interchange 9 - NJ 18 in Edison, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation.

One left lane is currently blocked, the agency said. There is debris from the crash on the inner roadway, the DOT added.
