EDISON, NJ - A man was struck and killed on Route 1 in Edison on Monday morning, according to media reports.
The 63-year-old pedestrian was struck by a car while trying to cross Route 1 Northbound and Plainfield Avenue against the red light, TapInto Edison reported.
The man was struck by a 19-year-old Rutgers student who was heading to Jersey City to visit his parents, News12 reported.
