'She Was The Strongest Woman I Know': Daughter Honors Mom's Memory

EDISON-METUCHEN, NJ— Moms do so much for everyone around them. We try to celebrate them all year long, but Mother's Day is a perfect opportunity to shout it from the rooftops and post it on Patch: Mom rocks!

What makes your Mom extra special?

My mom recently passed away; she was the strongest woman I know. She always made sure everyone around her was taken care of. She was the best Nana to my son.

Why do you feel your Mom deserves the spotlight?

If you knew my mother, you knew how she could light up any room. We always had such a good time together and through all her sickness she still smiled and worried about everyone else.
