Newlywed Accused of Tricking Bride into Spending $744K on Englewood Mistress

Candice Feinberg, 39, the daughter of the inventor of seamless panties, claims her new husband cheated her out of $744K in trust fund cash.

A New York woman is seeking $10.7 million and, obviously, an annulment against her estranged husband in a lawsuit claiming he cheated her out of nearly three quarters of a million dollars while living a “double life” with his Englewood gal pal.

Steven Lalicata is charged with bilking Candice Feinberg, 39, the daughter of the inventor of seamless panties, out of $744,000 in trust fund cash, according to The New York Post.

Lalicata reportedly told his wife that he owed big money to Howard Beach, N.Y., lone sharks and instead used the cash for “jaunts to Vegas, the Dominican Republic and gifts from Bloomingdales, Louis Vuitton and Cartier” with Diana Fernandez, 30, of Englewood, according to court papers obtained by The Post.

Fernandez’s attorney told the Post that his client was “disappointed at the decision” to let the case proceed against her, adding that Fernandez and Lalicata were “just friends.”

“If any money was taken, she had nothing to do with it,” the attorney said.
