Residents Encouraged to Drop Off Items for NJ Troops

The borough and police department have partnered with Adopt-a-Soldier Platoon to set up collection boxes at various municipal locations

The holidays have passed, but the borough and its police department are still collecting items for New Jersey soldiers.

Fair Lawn has continued its partnership with local military troop morale-boosting non-profit Adopt-a-Soldier Platoon to support local soldiers serving overseas and asks that residents contribute to the cause.

The borough has stationed public collection boxes at four municipal locations where residents can drop off items to be distributed to servicemen and women.
