Week Ahead: Fair Lawn Police Accreditation, Saddle Brook Superintendent Interviews

The Fair Lawn Police Department is scheduled for an on-site assessment as part of its accreditation process. As part of the assessment, agency employees and members of the community are invited to offer comments to the accreditation assessors by calling (201)-794-5362 Ext. 372 between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m.. Telephone comments are limited to 5 minutes and must address the agency’s ability to comply with the accreditation standards.
  • Tuesday, March 5 -- 
  1. Fair Lawn council has a regular session at 7:30 p.m. in Borough Hall Council Chambers. Click here for agenda.
  2. The Saddle Brook Board of Education will hold a special executive session meeting at 6:30 p.m. at the High School/Middle School to meet with its superintendent search consultants and hold interviews with superintendent candidates.

  2. The Old Library Theatre presents "Clue: The Musical," at the Fair Lawn Community Center at 8 p.m. Tickets are $20 for adults; $18 for students and seniors; $10 for children under 12.

  2. An exhibit of Dr. Richard P. Wedeen's work will go on display in the Fair Lawn Library's Pine Gallery, beginning with an opening reception at 2:30 p.m. The exhibit, which runs through April 27, features images of indigenous textiles from around the world.
