• Ring in 2026 with Magic, Laughter & Community Support (tapinto.net) — Families in Flemington can celebrate New Year’s early on Saturday, Dec. 27 at the historic Stangl Stage with a magic and comedy show benefiting local charities. Nearly half of ticket proceeds support the Flemington Elks and Moose lodges, along with other area groups, while guests enjoy illusions, ventriloquism, and gourmet hors d’oeuvres from regional chefs.
   

• Riewe nets 2 as Hopewell Valley tops Hunterdon Central - Boys ice hockey recap (nj.com subscription) — A South Jersey public co-op hockey matchup at Flemington Ice Arena saw Hopewell Valley edge Hunterdon Central 4-2, powered by two goals and an assist from Jack Riewe. Hunterdon’s Griffin Dunn scored twice, but Hopewell’s late surge and 46 saves from goalie Emma Seamon secured the win in this early-season showdown.
   

• 40-year-old man injured after being hit by car in Hunterdon Co., transported via helicopter to hospital (wfmz.com) — A 40-year-old man was seriously injured Tuesday afternoon when a vehicle struck him near Old York Road and Vorhees Corner Road in Raritan Township, just outside Flemington. Flemington Raritan Rescue and other local responders treated him on scene before he was airlifted conscious to a nearby trauma center, as police and county investigators continue probing the cause.
