Sexual Assault In Bergen County Leads To Arrest Of Man: Prosecutor
A 20-year-old man was arrested in connection with the alleged sexual assault of a child on multiple occasions, the prosecutor's office said.
FAIRVIEW, NJ — A 20-year-old man was charged and arrested in connection with the alleged sexual assault of a child on multiple occasions in Fairview, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said.
Cristian Argueta, of Fairview, was charged with second-degree sexual assault, third-degree aggravated criminal sexual contact and third-degree endangering the welfare of a child. Argueta was remanded to the Bergen County Jail pending his first court appearance.
