Cops: 1,000 Condoms Found Inside Suspicious Package at GWB Bus Station

Police and K-9 units cleared a suspicious package found at an GWB bus station of any explosives, but they did find something else: 1,000 condoms.

Police say the silver messenger satchel was left behind a concrete barrier of the George Washington Bridge Bus Station and contained multiple brands and syles of individually packaged condoms, the Associated Press reported.

Port Authority of New York and New Jersey Spokesman Joe Pentangelo said no one has claimed the satchel or the condoms.

The 1,000 individually packaged condoms were for both men and women.

A spokesman for the Port Authority police said a canine unit was called Friday evening to the George Washington Bridge Bus Station.

Spokesman Joe Pentangelo said investigators - with the help of the dogs - checked out a silver messenger-style satchel left in the Manhattan depot, according to Fox News.

He said they cleared the bag of any explosives, then looked inside to find condoms. He said no one has come forward to claim the bag and its contents, according to Fox News.
