Fort Lee Resident Appointed VP, Head of Business Accounts for Investors Savings Bank

Theresa E. DeLorenzo will be based at the bank's Clifton branch and oversee high-profile commercial accounts

A Fort Lee resident and banking veteran has been appointed vice president in charge of key business accounts for Investors Savings Bank, the bank announced Wednesday.

In her new role, Theresa E. DeLorenzo of Fort Lee will β€œoversee a variety of high-profile commercial accounts while pursuing new opportunities for business development,” according to officials with the bank, and be based at the bank’s Clifton branch.

DeLorenzo previously spent 25 years with PNC Bank in positions including retail branch manager, sales manager and business development officer.Β

β€œDue to my experience in the industry, I was familiar with Investors Savings Bank’s outstanding reputation,” DeLorenzo said in a statement. β€œI’m pleased to have an opportunity to contribute to the bank’s future growth and success.”

President and CEO of the Short Hills-based Investors Savings Bank Kevin Cummings said DeLorenzo’s expertise β€œwill position her as a vital asset to Investors Savings Bank and to its business banking clients.”

DeLorenzo is currently the treasurer for the Secaucus chapter of UNICO National, the country’s largest Italian-American service organization, according to bank officials, and she previously served as secretary of the Secaucus Rotary Club.

Investors Savings Bankβ€”established in 1926β€”boasts $9 billion in assets and a network of more than 80 retail branches.Β
