Number two:

The Fort Lee Community Center presents "Starry, Starry Nights, Free Concert Series: Rock 'n' Roll,” otherwise known as “Music Under the Stars,” Wednesday at 7:30 p.m.

This week’s featured act is Rocksplosion, a tribute band featuring the sights and sounds of Bon Jovi, Madonna, Mick Jagger and Bruce Springsteen.

As always, seating is limited, so bring a blanket or a lawn chair. In case of rain, a rain date will be announced.

Number three:

The Fort Lee Mayor and Council Regular Meeting

The borough’s governing body meets Thursday at 8 p.m. in Council Chambers. The agenda for the meeting will be available on the borough’s website (and in hard copy at Borough Hall) as the meeting day approaches.

Number four:

Check out the 1987 Mel Brooks comedy classic Spaceballs at 2 p.m. Thursday at the ’s lower level meeting room. The film stars Mel Brooks, John Candy, Rick Moranis and Bill Pullman.

Number five:

Fort Lee's annual Movies and Music Under the Stars continues Saturday at the Fort Lee Community Center. This week’s music will be provided by The Chicklettes, and the movie will be the 1939 horror classic, Son of Frankenstein.

The weekly event takes place Saturday evenings/nights through Labor Day weekend.

Music is from 7 to 8:30 p.m., and the movies start at sunset. Again, bring a blanket or lawn chair because seating is expected to be limited. Programs will take place indoors in the event of rain.
