Although Thursday’s executive session of the Fort Lee Mayor and Council technically starts at 7 p.m., members of the public who wish to attend should consider holding off on turning up at Borough Hall’s executive conference room 201 until 7:30 p.m.

• Approving Budget Appropriation Transfers in the amount of $233,132
