On the Agenda: Mayor and Council to Discuss Budget Appropriation Transfers

Although Thursday’s executive session of the Fort Lee Mayor and Council technically starts at 7 p.m., members of the public who wish to attend should consider holding off on turning up at Borough Hall’s executive conference room 201 until 7:30 p.m.
The meeting technically begins in open session at 7 p.m., but an immediate resolution for closed session is expected, as is the council’s typical practice for executive sessions.
When the meeting is re-opened to the public, general discussion will include the following:

- Handicapped Parking Space by 263 Warren Avenue
- Approving Budget Appropriation Transfers in the amount of $233,132
Action is expected to be taken on this item, according to the council’s agenda posted on the borough’s website.
- Authorizing the Purchasing Consultant to Prepare Specifications and Advertise for Bids for Police Motorcycles
Action “may be taken on this item,” according to the agenda.
