Woman Stole More Than $75K From Fort Lee Bank Account: Prosecutor
Zuleica S. Martins, 41, was accused of stealing the money from a music production company she worked for, authorities said.

FORT LEE, NJ — A woman was accused of stealing more than $75,000 from a music production company's bank account in the borough, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced Friday.
Zuleica S. Martins, 41, of West New York was charged with theft and falsifying records following an investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office, Musella said.
The prosecutor's office Financial Crimes Unit got a complaint from Martins' former employers alleging she stole money from their music production company's Fort Lee-based bank account, Musella said.

Authorities investigated and discovered that Martins stole more than $75,000 from the account through unauthorized ATM withdrawals, debit card purchases, and wiring funds into her personal bank accounts, Musella said. She also altered bank records to hide the transactions, authorities said.
Martins is due to appear in Bergen County Central Judicial Processing Court Aug. 21.
