Borough Man Indicted on Sexual Assault Charges

A Monmouth County grand jury indicted Freehold Borough resident, Angel Garcia-Garcia, 23, of Monmouth Avenue, on two counts of second-degree sexual assault and a third-degree count of endangering the welfare of a child.

According to the indictment, which was handed down on Dec. 23, Garcia-Garcia is accused of committing a crime of sexual intercourse by using physical force and coercion on a girl 13-years-old on July 19, 2011. 

Garcia-Garcia was also charged with a third-degree count of endangering the welfare of a child by engaging in sexual conduct that debauches the morals of a child.
