Center Players In Freehold Has Auditions Saturday For New Play

FREEHOLD, NJ — Auditions for a new Center Players production, "A Black and White Cookie," will take place Saturday, May 6, from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.

The play is written by Gary Morgenstein and directed by Bernice Garfield-Szita.

Call backs will be Monday, May 8, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Performance dates will be weekends Aug. 11 to 27. There will be nine performances.

The play is an original dramedy, set in 2022 New York, and portrays an unlikely friendship between two senior men.

Bring a resume and headshot. The production is non-union and no pay.
