Asbury Park/Freehold, NJ: Monmouth County Habitat for Humanity is excited to host our 13th Annual “Golf Classic” Outing on Monday, October 28, 2024, at Jumping Brook Country Club. As a premier private club, Jumping Brook offers a challenging golf course in a beautiful natural setting in Neptune. This much-loved event, previously a highlight of Coastal Habitat for Humanity’s calendar, continues its legacy following the recent merger with Habitat for Humanity in Monmouth.

Join us for a day filled with golf, networking, and giving back, starting at 7:30 AM. Participants will enjoy breakfast, 18 holes of golf, on-course contests, a BBQ lunch, an awards ceremony, and a gift auction. Don’t miss the chance to win a trip for two to Kiawah Island Golf Resort in South Carolina through our Limited Raffle - only 175 tickets are being sold at $50 each.

Golfers can register as individual golfers, twosomes, foursomes, or through various sponsorships. Non-golfers are welcome to join us for lunch.

With the demand for affordable housing in Monmouth County greater than ever, all proceeds will support our mission to build homes for hardworking families. Currently, we are constructing a single-family home in Wall and will break ground in Fair Haven in the coming weeks.

In addition to building houses, Monmouth Habitat serves the community through programs such as Aging in Place which aims to keep older adults in their homes as long as possible. We build ramps and rails for eligible homeowners and provide minor repairs and yard maintenance. Veteran homeowners can apply for home repairs through our L.I.F.T. (Local Initiative for Troops) program.
