Ignoring that hernia or gallbladder pain?

The same applies if you’re considering treatment for a hernia or gallbladder issue. Addressing a nagging pain early–instead of waiting for it to worsen–can spare you from serious complications and lead to a faster recovery and minimal discomfort. Again, it’s a small hinge — making that appointment — that can open the door to feeling better. As you move through these next weeks, think about the small hinges in your own life. Which one can you move today that might swing open a bigger door tomorrow?
