What To Expect At Freehold Township Day

The annual celebration will take place this Saturday.

FREEHOLD, NJ — Freehold’s annual Township Day celebration will take place on Saturday from 4 p.m. to 11 p.m. at Michael J. Tighe Park.

The event will be hosted in partnership with the Veterans Community Alliance. Guests can enjoy merchandise, food and live music from Screaming Broccolli and Phil Engel Band, followed by a fireworks display at 9 p.m.

In addition to the concert and fireworks, there will also be a “Don’t Forget the Vets” Car Show presented by the Veterans Community Alliance. The show will begin at 2 p.m. and end at 7 p.m.

There will be a $20 registration fee at the door, and all proceeds will go toward assisting veterans. In case of rain, the show will take place on Sunday, July 21.

For families attending Freehold Township Day, there will be free kids rides and a free teen center for children to enjoy.
