Atlantic City Cancels MLK Day Walk Due To COVID Concerns
Atlantic City's annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Walk scheduled for Monday, Jan. 17 has been canceled due to COVID-19 concerns.

ATLANTIC CITY, NJ - The city’s annual Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Walk scheduled for Monday, Jan. 17 has been canceled due to COVID-19 concerns.
“In an abundance of caution, we have canceled the MLK Walk due to a rapid increase in COVID-19 infections,” said Council Vice President Kaleem Shabazz.
To celebrate the life and legacy of Dr. King, a special MLK Day radio program will be broadcast live at noon on Jan. 17 on WEHA 88.7 and 100.3 FM.
