The Boardwalk Corvette Club also will have cars exhibited on the concrete area in front of the Ocean City Music Pier at Boardwalk and Moorlyn Terrace. The Show’s theme this year is “Jersey Strong.” Corvette T-shirts will be sold at this site. Proceeds benefit local charities.

The Ocean City Humane Society also will have a sales table at the Music Pier. They will sell items to benefit the “no kill” shelter that has been named one of the outstanding organizations of its size in the country.

Following the Corvette Show, "The Quest" documentary film will be shown inside the Music Pier. This film traces the beginnings of Corvette racing at the famed Le Mans Endurance Race in France. Corvettes first competed at Le Mans in June 1960. The movie recaps the historic race and what happened to both Corvettes and their drivers.

The film highlights the story of a unique bond between father and son. Sharing his father’s passion for Corvettes and racing, Lance Miller, an Ocean City native, fulfills his father “Chip” Miller’s dream to find the 1960 Class Winning #3 Corvette and restore it. Chip Miller, cofounder of Corvettes at Carlisle, passed away from Amyloidosis, before he could locate the car.

“Bringing 'The Quest' to my amazing hometown means so much to me,” said Lance. “Each summer, the city comes together at an annual Surf Fest to support our foundation to combat the rare disease that took the life of my father. I am so grateful for this continual outpouring of support.”

The Sunday event provides a unique opportunity to see the 1960 Le Mans Corvette on display prior to the movie premiere. It will be parked in front of the Music Pier at 5 p.m. followed by the Quest film at 6 p.m. There will be a meet and greet with the filmmakers at 7:45 p.m. Tickets are $20. All proceeds benefit the Chip Miller charitable foundation.

Corvette enthusiast Corey Korpita will create two sand sculptures of Corvettes during the afternoon on the beach opposite the Music Pier.
