'Diners, Drive-Ins And Dives' To Again Feature Atlantic Co. Butcher
Brigantine's Ernest and Son Meat Market got a second visit from the Food Network's Guy Fieri. The episode airs this week.

BRIGANTINE, NJ — Guy Fieri's heading to Jersey again, visiting another local spot for the second time.
Ernest and Son Meat Market is featured on a new episode of "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives," airing this Friday, Oct. 28 at 9 p.m. on the Food Network.
The episode's description, titled "From Sausage to Sweet," says of the market, "a tried-and-true butcher shop is still grinding and stuffing sausage."

Fieri last visited Ernest and Son in a 2017 episode called "Oldies and Goodies," where he sampled their beef jerky and of course, their sandwich stuffed with sausage, peppers and onions.
Ahead of the new episode, the Food Network also shared a classic recipe from Ernest and Son - "the Jodie sandwich," a chicken cutlet sub with roasted red peppers and fresh mozzarella.

The show, now called "Triple D Nation," has featured Fieri revisiting favorite spots from over the years. He recently checked out two other Atlantic County spots - Carluccio's in Northfield and Anchorage Tavern in Somers Point.
