Galloway to See Monday Rain and Tuesday Mix
The National Weather Service forecast calls for Sunday's snow to turn to rain.
The precipitation that started as a surprising snowfall on Sunday afternoon will turn to rain on Sunday night and continue on Monday, according to the latest National Weather Service forecast.
With a high near 48 degrees on Monday, Galloway will see as much as another half-inch of rain on Monday, mainly before 3 p.m. Forecasters call for east wind of 7 to 15 mph becoming west in the afternoon.
Rain and snow are likely on Tuesday, mainly after 10 a.m., with a high near 39 degrees and northwest wind 11 to 13 mph.
