Galloway Township Police Blotter: June 30 to July 13, 2013

Information for the Galloway Township Police Blotter for the dates June 23 to 29, 2013 has been supplied by local law enforcement agencies. All persons named are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
Between June 30 and July 6, the Galloway Township Police Department responded to 893 calls for service. Of these, 81 were emergency medical calls, 15 were fire calls, 17 were domestic violence calls and 20 were motor vehicle accidents. Officers made 32 arrests and issued 28 tickets, including five DWI.Â
Between July 7 and 13, the Galloway Township Police Department responded to 809 calls for service. Of these, 112 were emergency medical calls, 18 were fire calls, 13 were domestic violence calls and 18 were motor vehicle accidents. Officers made 24 arrests and issued 53 tickets.Â

Dennis R. Boyd, 50, of Galloway was arrested by Ofc. Kevin Costa for possession of CDS on June 30.
Floyd J Freeman, 42, of Galloway was arrested by Ofc. Scott Winneberger for hindering apprehension on June 30.
Bernie J. Johnson, 43, of Absecon was arrested by Cpl. Greg Bollinger for possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and on a fugitive warrant from PA. on June 30.Â
Rachel N Cannon, 24, of Brigantine was arrested by Ofc Scott Winneberger for possession of cocaine on July 1.
Richard J. Mirabella, 24, of Galloway was arrested by Ofc. Kevin Costa for distributing CDS and possession of more than 50 grams of marijuana on July 1.
Nicole Fichetola, 31, of Hammonton was arrested by Ofc. Scott Winneberger for burglary, theft of movable property and conspiracy on July 4.
Stacey J. Mayberry, 38, of Galloway was arrested by Ofc. Przemyslaw Ryba for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a hypodermic needle on July 4.
James A. McCullough, 34, of Galloway was arrested by Ofc. Przemyslaw Ryba for hindering apprehension on July 4.
Jimmy A. Hicks II, 54, of Galloway was arrested by Ofc. Kevin Costa for fictitious reports and obstructing administration of law on July 5.Â
Mark A. Walker, 22, of Galloway was arrested by Ofc . Matt Worth for aggravated assault, terroristic threats and possession of weapons for unlawful purposes on July 6.
Tonya K. Taylor, 33, of Williamstown was arrested by Ofc. John Mooney for theft on July 7.
Richard M. Barber, 37, of Galloway was arrested by Ofc. Kevin Costa for possession of heroin on July 8.
Kimberly A Faunce, 38, of Galloway was arrested by Ofc. Bill Kline for possession of heroin on July 8.
Jazmin L. Dewitt, 20, of Galloway was arrested by Ofc. Steve Vernon for improper behavior on July 8.
Christopher J. Love, 39, of Phila. was arrested by Ofc. Justin Butler for possession of CDS on July 8.
Andrew J. Weil, 30, of Mullica Twp. was arrested by Ofc. Przemyslaw Ryba for possession of CDS, drug paraphernalia and possession of hypodermic needle on July 9.
Diana Diaz, 24, of Egg Harbor City was arrested by Det. Brian Casey for possession of CDS and distribution of prescription legend drugs on July 10.
Marquette A. Winters, 33, of Galloway was arrested by Det. Brian Casey for possession of CDS and distribution of CDS on July 10.
Donald T. Powers, 56, of Galloway was arrested by Ofc. Kerry Baerman for cruelty to animals on July 12.
Roberto E. Alicea, 23, of Galloway was arrested by Ofc. Scott Winneberger for possession of CDS on July 12.Â
Jody W. Pendleton, 37, of Phila. was arrested by Ofc. Ronald Gorneau for possession of CDS, hindering apprehension and criminal simulation on July12.
David T. Skeele, 18 , of Galloway was arrested by Det. Jason Kiamos for burglary, theft and criminal mischief on July 13.
