Police Seek Info After Man Is Found Unconscious In Atlantic City
Authorities are seeking information from the public about a man who was found unconscious on a city sidewalk on Friday.
ATLANTIC CITY, NJ — Authorities are seeking information from the public about a man who was found unconscious on a city sidewalk on Friday, the Atlantic County Prosecutor’s Office said.
Police received a 9-1-1 call in reference to an unconscious man on the 500 north block of Trenton Avenue at 4 p.m., the ACPO said.
Police found Christopher Irons, 51, of Atlantic City on the sidewalk. Irons was taken to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center City Campus and remains hospitalized in critical condition, the ACPO said.

Atlantic County Prosecutor Damon G. Tyner said detectives believe Irons was assaulted.
